That gave it a 4.7% share of the market and rank #7 among brands, the same position as in August 2025. Volume is down 8.7% on August 2025 (10 940) and down 16.2% on July 2026 (11 920).

Over the 36 months shown, OPEL has registered 427 064 cars in Germany, an average of 11 863 a month. Its strongest month was June 2024 with 17 107 and its weakest January 2025 with 6 930. Its market share has moved from 6.3% in September 2023 to 3.8% in March 2025 and 4.7% now.
