Spain registered 107 532 passenger cars in November 2025: 94 221 new cars (87.6% of the total) and 13 311 used imports. That is down 4.5% on October 2025 and up 15.7% on November 2024. Year to date the market stands at 1 188 455 registrations, up 16.9% on the same period of last year.

VOLKSWAGEN led the brand ranking with 9 178 registrations and a 8.5% share, ahead of TOYOTA (8 343) and RENAULT (7 853). Together the top three brands took 23.6% of the market. Among the ten largest brands, AUDI grew fastest year on year (+34.4%). The best-selling model was the DACIA SANDERO with 3 611 registrations, followed by the RENAULT CLIO (3 148) and the PEUGEOT 2008 (2 228).

Battery-electric cars took 9.3% of all registrations, compared with 6.7% in November 2024. Among new cars alone the electric share was 10.1%. Plug-in hybrids took 11.6%, other hybrids 38.2%, diesel 11.7% and petrol 24.0%. The leading electric brand was BYD with 1 995 battery-electric registrations, ahead of TESLA (1 645). The best-selling battery-electric model was the TESLA MODEL 3 with 1 350 registrations, ahead of the BYD DOLPHIN SURF (688). New cars averaged 99.3 g/km of COโ‚‚ (WLTP). Used imports were on average 9.8 years old when they were registered.

November 2025 was the 9th-highest of the 28 months on this page, which average 97 118 registrations a month; the peak was June 2025 with 131 889 and the low August 2024 with 61 172.
