Change of passenger-car registrations on a year earlier: latest period, year to date and twelve months
Three measures of the same thing, from the noisiest to the steadiest: the latest month (for the United Kingdom the latest quarter) against the same one a year earlier, the year to date against the same months of the previous year, and the last twelve months against the twelve before them. The last needs two full years of data and is left empty for a market that does not have them.
